office visits are by appointment only, except for individuals scheduled for training and onboarding.

Please also be advised that the building entrance is often locked and access is available only through a building fob/key or mobile access app.

Entry may be arranged in advance for applicants with a confirmed appointment.

For individuals who do not have access to a phone, email, or online application tools, we will do our best to accommodate applications on a case-by-case basis.

If you are at the main entrance, please use the buzzer/intercom system to notify Valen Homecare staff for assistance.
